If you plan to film near a cliff edge, on a tall building or some other area where if there were no precautions in place, a person could fall a distance liable to cause personal injury, ESI can safeguard your cast and crew. Whether it be as simple as setting and enforcing boundaries to ensure no one ventures near the edge or some more physical interventions such as work restraint tethering. The ESI team consists of Rope Access Technicians, Rope Rescue Technicians, Mountain Guides, Climbing Instructors and Stunt Riggers to ensure safety and compliance with the Working at Height Regulations 2005.

We can also keep you safe on the other side of the edge, with the ability to rig ropes to move equipment up and down, fly cameras, position cast members and camera operators to get difficult shots that a drone can’t get. Some of the team can also use a camera if the operator isn’t keen on the idea of going over the edge!
