Gav is a specialist Remote Operations, Adventure Safety and Training Consultant with extensive experience supporting Film & Television productions, expedition operators and adventure travel organisations worldwide.

A former Royal Marines and Army Commando, Gav has spent much of his career operating in challenging environments across polar regions, mountains, deserts, jungles and maritime settings. This experience, combined with extensive professional qualifications in safety management, expedition leadership, technical rescue and training delivery, enables him to provide practical solutions to complex operational challenges.

Gav regularly supports remote productions and advises organisations operating in demanding environments where effective planning, operational resilience and sound decision-making are essential.

In addition to his consultancy work, Gav delivers specialist training and capability development programmes and advises luxury adventure travel operators on operational standards, emergency preparedness and organisational capability.

His approach is practical, collaborative and solution-focused, helping clients achieve their objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, preparedness and professional practice.
